This Website (“the Website”) is operated by Paulo Gomes & Partners and this Privacy Policy sets out the basis upon which we (including third parties appointed by us, on our behalf) collect, process, use, store, disclose and share your personal data/details (“personal data”) secured through or submitted to this Website, or the personal data of your child or ward, secured through or submitted to this Website with your authorization, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 26 of 2012) (PDPA) of Singapore.

By visiting or using this Website (including connecting via your email, Facebook (or any other means) and/or submitting your personal data, you or you, on behalf of your child or ward, hereby consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data, as the case may be and agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. You may request for correction of your personal data or withdraw your consent to the continued use or disclosure (to the extent possible and reasonably practicable) of your personal data by emailing to us at contact@pgandpartners.com, giving us reasonable notice.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA/INFORMATION

COLLECTION OF DATA FROM FACEBOOK LOGIN/REGISTRATIONS

If you use Facebook to register for email updates or to login to our Website, we may import personal data from your Facebook profile into our database. We will only import personal data which you have made publicly available and the data will be safeguarded in line with this Privacy Policy.

The personal data we may collect (if available) is:
• your first and last name, email address, date of birth, gender, location (hometown and country);
• your likes; and
• your social activity with respect to the Artist.

• to customise the user’s online experience and to improve the content of the Website;
• for internal review of the web pages visited by the user;
• to track the progress and number of entries in promotions and contests;
• to track the number of users of the Website and where appropriate, the products purchased through the Website; and
• to provide users with information about products or services that we, or selected third parties, believe will be of interest to users

DIRECT MARKETING

Where users have opted and submitted for receipt of updates, information and promotions from us, the personal data may also be used to notify users of future product releases and information on the Artist. Please note that the consent you gave on this Website cover all means of communication between us, including by email, post, phone SMS text message, chat and other electronic means.

USE BY CHILDREN

If you are under the age of 16 you should obtain the consent of your parents or legal guardians for submitting any personal data to this Website.
